As a consultant, Keith supports Rimmer Engineering’s expanding capabilities, and ensures accessibility to a wealth of construction and estimation experience is always available to our clients. He is a Construction Engineer / Estimator with more than 30 years of experience in the Engineering and Construction industries. Skilled in piping/mechanical installs for projects ranging from $50k to $10m, management of multi-discipline projects, construction management, and cost estimating from conceptual to detailed. He is the Director of Construction Engineering Services Limited, a consultancy based in New Zealand.

Prior to his current role, Keith worked at Worley Parsons as an Estimating Coordinator where he was responsible for project cost estimates. His career at Major Hazard Facilities includes roles as Construction Manager, Shutdown Manager and Planning / Scheduling Manager for large business critical projects.

His construction perspective on projects from conception to completion has enormous benefits for the construction phase. His estimation skills cover projects from Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, and execution. Keith’s experience in complex multi-disciplined projects is invaluable in option assess & select studies where he is adept at providing estimates for piping/mechanical installs, civil construction, and basic instrumentation.
