Isye is a chartered Senior Process Engineer with 14 years’ experience on international-scale projects in the Oil and Gas industry across the Asia Pacific region. Her experience encompasses Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and Offshore Oil/Gas Production and Processing, both in Projects and Operations phases.

Prior to joining Rimmer Engineering, Isye worked in Indonesia with some of the largest global corporations such as BP, INPEX and Santos, and in New Zealand for international engineering contractor Jacobs. Her expertise includes concept select, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), plant monitoring and troubleshooting, debottlenecking and optimization studies, facility modifications, incident investigations, risk assessments, process safety and technical/academic writing.

She has extensive knowledge of renewable energy system, obtained through her advanced academic studies. Isye is a Masters Graduate (1st class Hons) from the University of Auckland in Energy Engineering. She is a PhD candidate at the University of Auckland in Chemicals and Materials Engineering.
